Shipping policy

Parts, grates, and accessories ship within 1-3 business days depending on order volume. Smoker orders ship in approximately 2 weeks depending on the order volume. Parts, kits, and accessories are shipped by USPS or FedEx ground and typically arrive in most parts of the United States in 2 to 3 business days.Tracking information will be emailed to you. Smoker orders ship by R & L Carriers and most routes are delivered in 2 to 6 business days. R & L Carriers requires a delivery appointment. R & L Carriers will call to schedule the best drop off time and day. Some locations may not be feasible to ship a smoker depending on the freight quote.  Spring, Summer, and Fall are the busiest seasons. For current lead times please call (573) 573-554-4368. Thank you.
