Super Heavy Duty Food Grate For 22" Kettle (0.275" Stainless Steel, heavier than 1/4")

First impression on receiving this grill grate was that the box was much heavier than expected. Took out the grill grate and discovered that all of the weight was because the grate is made of thick stainless steel. Have done an initial seasoning and grilled some steaks on it a couple of days ago. It cooked well, heated up nicely to put the grate marks on the steaks - and biggest surprise was that it cleaned off pretty easily afterwards. The plated grates always seemed to hold onto a bit of the residue, no matter how hard you scrubbed. The thick stainless grate cleaned up well, just a bit of color change where it was over the hottest coals for the initial sear. I’d definitely buy this again if I needed another grade in the future.

I will NEVER have to buy another food grate again. This grate is very well made and fits my 22" weber perfectly.

Thick, heavy and easy to clean. Would totally recommend anyone with a Weber grill to buy.

I wish I had this 22" kettle grill grate long before now. It is solid as it can be, fits more snug than factory, and doesn't twist and bend when really hot. The flip up sides are a huge bonus.

Fits perfect in my 22in Weber grill. The grate is very well made. I really like the heft and quality feel of it. I am sure this will outlast my grill and be the last grate I ever bought.
