Metal Fabrication & Finishing in Mid-Missouri
Hunsaker Smokers accepts select outside fabrication and finishing projects using the same equipment that supports our smoker manufacturing. We offer CNC cutting, bending, rolling, cylinder flanging, welding, abrasive blasting, and powder coating to customers in Mid-Missouri, subject to available production capacity.
Our primary business is building smokers. Outside projects are scheduled around our regular manufacturing operations, making our services a good fit for customers with flexible timing, clearly defined projects, and repeatable parts. Shop minimum charges apply to all services.
CNC Cutting, Bending & Forming
Our shop equipment includes a fiber laser cutter, CNC plasma cutting equipment, a 100-ton Accrupress CNC press brake with a 12-foot bed, a four-roll CNC metal roller, and a CNC automated flanging machine for cylinders.
Send your drawings or project details so we can review the required material, thickness, dimensions, quantity, and operations. Acceptance depends on equipment compatibility and production availability. Equipment dimensions and ratings do not establish the limits for every material or project.
Hourly Welding Services
We offer welding billed by the hour, with a shop minimum charge. Our welding equipment includes two fiber laser welders and Lincoln MIG welders.
Provide drawings or photos, the material type, dimensions, and a description of the work needed. We will review suitability, estimated cost, and scheduling before work begins.
Automated Abrasive Blasting
Our automated Goff 60-inch table blaster provides abrasive blasting for suitable metal parts. Tell us what you need cleaned, including the material, dimensions, weight, quantity, and existing finish, so we can determine whether your parts are a good fit.
Parts must be reviewed before acceptance. Machine size alone does not determine whether a project can be processed.
Production-Scheduled Powder Coating
We offer powder coating for suitable metal parts scheduled alongside our regular smoker production. This is a practical option for customers whose projects can use a color already scheduled and whose timing is flexible.
For example, suitable metal patio chairs or other parts may fit into an upcoming gloss-black smoker coating run. Available colors and timing depend on our production schedule.
Parts are reviewed for size, condition, preparation needs, and suitability for powder coating. Preparation requirements are considered when quoting your project.

Contact Hunsaker Smokers with drawings or photos, a description of your project, material specifications, approximate dimensions and weight, quantity, and your desired completion date. For powder coating, include your preferred color and whether you can accommodate a scheduled production color.
We will review your project for equipment compatibility and scheduling availability, then discuss the next steps. Please arrange project acceptance and drop-off timing with us before bringing parts to the shop.
All work is subject to review, shop minimum charges, and available production capacity.
We do not work on automotive or motorcycle parts.
