Adding more versatility to the Summit

My griddle arrived yesterday and was very excited to get it. I washed it off with soap, and got it seasoned up. I followed the directions and it was really easy to get the non stick finish. Fist cook was burgers and broccoli. This is really easy to use and it can be stored in the Summit itself, which is really nice. I was looking at getting a stand alone griddle, but when I saw Hunsaker makes a drop in, the decision was that much easier. I already have the rib hanger for my WSM and have been pleased with that purchase !

Good product. I would’ve liked it to be a little thicker to decrease warping but, all in all, this has provided many great meals!
