I absolutely love it!! It gives me the ability to do a couple of racks of ribs at the campground, easily, the vortex plate extends the run time on a load of charcoal. Well worth every penny and then some!!

I purchased the Rib hanger for my 22.5in WSM last year and it works so well I had to add another one for my 14.5in WSM I also bought the Vortex plate for 14.5in WSM
I buy direct from Hunsaker when I'm visiting the US and take them back to UK
I have not used the new products yet but I know they will be great.
It's difficult to get accessories for the 14.5in WSM it seems to be the forgotten one of the WSM family So i'm grateful the Hunsaker includes it in their catalogue
I also purchases the griddle plate for the 22.5in WSM They produce such quality products They are always my first port of call when looking for accessories for my WSM's
Their customer service is fantastic I called and spoke to Mark? and he gave me the weight of the griddle so I could calculate my luggage weight All Good thank you Mark

I have had this rack and vortex plate for 14.5 inch WSM for a couple years. The combo is great for hanging large homestead chickens that wouldn't fit spatchcock -- this is how we use it most. We have also hung venison sausage with this setup. Thanks for making this little smoker more versatile! Really maximizes the space and keeps me happy with the smallest WSM in the lineup.
