Hunsaker Drum Kit Smoking Good!

I ordered the drum kit and am so excited about the smoker that I just ordered a second kit! Excellent service from the Hunsaker team including their accommodation of making a change with my original order and Mark returned a Saturday call to me when I had a question about the kit as I began to work on building the smoker.

The smoker fired up and ran smooth and steady as advertised and had a great first cook with it smoking a pork shoulder and a couple heads of cabbage for Sunday dinner!

I also really like the finished look of this drum... burned out a previously painted and used drum and applied boiled linseed oil for the finish.
