Retainer clip for both 18.5" and 22.5" Weber Smokey Mountain Smokers.
This clip holds the bottom and middle section together. This is perfect if you have a hinge (ours or our competitors) and want to prevent the possibility of your lid tipping the middle section over.
The universal clip fits both 18 and 22 WSM models.

Was hesitant to purchase these as I thought the price was high for what they are. Unfortunately I did buy them and was disappointed when I opened the package to find I had to bend one end myself! Very hard to get a good tight fit bending it with your thumb. There looks to be better options on the market for securing the middle section to the bottom.

On more than one occasion the middle cylinder on my WSM has come off track during a cook. These will help keep it in place. Very easy to install.
After adding a hinge clip to my WSM 18, I had issues with the drum separating sometimes. This simple, high quality, inexpensive clip is the perfect solution. No drilling, installed in seconds and , like all my other Hunsaker products, works great!
